CONSUMER INFORMATION

Delivery information & costs
R3 Racing charges the following costs for delivery to UK addresses (this includes N Ireland): £12 for the Eagle Eye Laser Wheel Alignment system (front, rear or combined). All other products have FREE delivery to UK addresses.

For non-UK addresses, delivery charges will be calculated on an individual order basis. Options for delivery will be communicated to the customer, once an order has been received. The order will not be dispatched, nor will any charge be made on the customer's credit/debit card until R3 Racing has agreement with the customer on the delivery charge.

Returns & cancellation policy
If you are returning an item within the scope of our warranty, we will be happy to refund any reasonable delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for those charges (this applies to UK only). For overseas customers, please refer to your local distributor or contact us.

To return an item, contact R3 Racing to obtain an authorisation number, which you must include with any returned item, that R3 has agreed that you may return. Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address on our contact us page. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. We will contact you to let you know when we have processed your return.

Cancelling an item: under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery, provided the goods are unused & in original condition. This applies to all our products.

Service policy
We provide a first class help line. You may email, fax or phone us.
For a nominal amount, we will carry out any service required. Only where major items are damaged, will we charge for parts used.
Turnaround time is typically 2 days at the factory.

Charges:
Tachometer Plus (free postage within the UK) - £25 (+VAT where applicable). Latest software is always installed FOC
Eagle Eye repair or realignment - £21 (
+VAT where applicable). Carriage at cost - UK overnight carriage £12 +VAT
All prices listed are without carriage & VAT and R3 Racing reserves the right to change any without notice

Security policy
Our secure-server software encrypts all the personal information you enter during the online order process, including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.

Privacy policy
R3 Racing collects your personal information when you send us an order or email, but this information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and/or responding to your request for further information or assistance. Our security policy (see above) prevents unauthorised access to this information. R3 does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

This site uses a cookie for the sole purpose of enabling the basket in the ordering process. After you have closed your browser window, the cookie loses all this information and none of this is any longer retained in any way.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The contractual terms between R3 Technology Ltd, also trading as R3 Racing, (hereinafter refereed to as R3) and those purchasing goods from R3 are contained exclusively within these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These conditions and the contract shall be subject to and constructed in accordance with the Law of England.

1.

Variation
No variations to these Terms and Conditions of Sale are permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by R3.

2.

Liability

2.a. It shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser to determine the suitability of the goods for any application.
2.b. There is no guarantee as to the goods suitability for any specific purpose even if that purpose is known to R3. In any dispute that may arise liability of R3 for breach of any warranty or obligation either expressed or implied is limited to the value of the goods supplied in any event.
2.c. All recommendations and advice given by R3 or its employees or agents of R3 are given without liability on the part of R3.
2.d. Descriptive pictorial or written material issued or published by R3 from time to time relating to goods offered for sale shall not form part of any contract of sale.
2.e. R3 shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused either directly or indirectly by the goods or by any act or omission in connection therewith.
3. Delivery
3.a. Execution of orders is contingent upon the availability of goods and the absence of any circumstances beyond the control of R3, which hinder or prevent such execution.
3.b. R3 may make delivery by any method of transport available.
3.c. Risk in the goods shall pass to the purchaser on delivery of the goods to the purchaser.

Delivery delays
Whilst R3 undertakes that every effort will be made to ensure that goods are delivered promptly, no liability will be accepted for delay in despatch or delivery of goods.

5. Damage or shortage
Both the carriers and ourselves must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods, or in cases of non-delivery immediately the invoice is received, otherwise no liability can be accepted. Packages, which have been damaged in transit, should be retained for inspection by ourselves or appointed courier's agents.
6. Returns and cancellations
6.a. Goods properly delivered by R3 will only be accepted for return or credit subject to our prior consent.
6.b. A returns authorisation number must be obtained from R3, which must be clearly indicated on any accompanying return note.
7.

Retention of title
All goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of R3 until such time as the Contract price together with any other monies due to R3 under any Contract are paid.

8. Payment terms
All accounts must be paid not later than 30 days from the date of invoice.
In the event of default R3 reserves the right to charge interest at two per cent above the current Lloyds TSB base rate at monthly intervals on the overdue portion of the account.
9.

Warranties
All items supplied by R3 are guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch from our factory. Any item found to be faulty through defective materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option. This warrantee does not extend to batteries.

10. Export orders
10.a. Payment must be made in advance. All associated charges must be paid by the purchaser.
10.b. Freight and Insurance for all export orders is charged at cost.
10.c. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining any licence and for complying with any regulations in force in the country for which the goods are destined.
